TI’ PUNCH
I attempt to make a Ti’ Punch, Martinique’s national cocktail.
INGREDIENTS
- 60ml Rhum Agricole
- 1 bar spoon of brown sugar
- 1 lime disc (allow a slither of lime flesh)
DIRECTIONS
- Pop your brown sugar in your glass
- Grab your lime and slice a small disc from the side — cut from the side of your lime (rather than top or bottom) with just enough flesh for a taste of lime juice. More zest than flesh ;-)
- Squeeze your lime disc on top of your sugar — two or three drops of lime juice should do.
- Top with your chosen Rhum Agricole.
- Stir your Ti Punch gently and enjoy!

The only disappointing thing about this stunning cocktail is that it ends too quickly :-(
