NO WOMAN NO CRY

I’ve not been feeling myself lately, so I decided to take a week off work and giving myself a little of that, “self-care” I’ve been hearing all about.
The weather has picked up this week after two weeks of floods, so I’ve spent some time pottering around my garden in the sunshine. Today, I reached for @shannonmustipher cocktail book and landed a rum punch, which will not only go down a treat on this warm afternoon, but is also rather fitting ☺️
NO WOMAN NO CRY
• 50 ml pot still Jamaican rum (*Hamilton Jamaica Pot Still Black Rum)
• 25 ml blackstrap rum (*Gosling’s Black Seal 151 Rum)
• 25 ml hibiscus syrup
• 10 ml pineapple juice
• 20 ml fresh lime juice
• 10 ml brewed Ceylon tea
• 10 ml Angostura bitters
• 10 ml Peychaud’s Bitters

Combine all **ingredients and stir to mix. Store for at least 4 hours in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Stir before serving. I added to my little teapot and served over crushed ice.
