395g can sweetened condensed milk

60ml aged rum

100g unsalted butter, chopped

450g white chocolate chips

150g unsalted pistachios

120g dried cranberries

100g glacé cherries

Hot Spiced Buttered Rum (1 serve):

  • 30ml rum ( I used Dark Matter Spiced Rum)
  • 1 large tbsp of spiced batter mix
  • Boiling water

Spiced Batter:

  • 120g butter (room temp)
  • 1/2 a cup of brown sugar
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 1tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1tsp ground cinnamon
